We deal with the abolition of co-ownership of real estate, division of property and inheritance, as well as provide comprehensive legal services for the sale of real estate (perpetual usufruct) and rent, lease and leasing of real estate. We prepare named and unnamed agreements the object of which is the transfer of ownership of real property (including by way of contribution of real property to a company) or the acquisition of the right to use real property. We represent our Clients in court proceedings for reconciliation of the legal status of real estate with the actual legal status.
